There are commercial motorboats which connects Molkod with Honnavar. These boats carry both men and material at a time. The timings are:
While coming to Molkod the boat leaves from honnavar at 12:15PM and reaches Molkod at 01:15PM
While returning to Honnavar the boat leaves from Molkod at 08:10AM and reaches Honnavar at 09:15AM

By Road

There are no direct buses to Molkod. Nearest local bus stop is Idagunji (Paje) which is 1.5KM away from Molkod, it has 7 buses operational each day to connect with Honnavar and the timings are given below
